Default Hands Free or Headset Free Microphone For Dragon Naturally Speaking 10.1
Hands Free and Headset Free Array Microphone Options

After trying a LOT of Array hands free and headset free mics. Surprisingly one of the best units for Dragon Naturally Speaking is also the cheapest
In a quiet environment we are getting good results with the Andrea SuperBeam digital array microphone as seen on this australian website

At this price its worth a punt but I can tell you it will work ok. not as good a a quality USB mic but not bad for a hands free unit.
