Hi-
I posted this with another question that was resolved, so please forgive the re-post on this one.
I can't view the content for any of the DNS help files. I can see the Topics tree on the left, but anything I click on results in just a blank page on the right where the content should be.
I'm on Windows 7, and all of the other .chm files on my PC work fine. I've tried opening the DNS .chm files directly by double-clicking, but the results are the same.
I've contacted Nuance support and have an open ticket with them. They sent me a removal tool and a download of the whole program, which I installed with no change.
Does anyone here have any suggestions? I really would like to be able to refer to the Help files!
TIA-
-Susan
I've never heard of this sorry.
Hi Victor-
One thing you can try is right-clicking on one of the .chm files in C:\Program Files\Nuance\NaturallySpeaking11\Help\enx\home (or whatever) and then Properties. If you have an "Unblock" button, click on it.
That didn't work for me, but some people have had success with it.
Good luck,
Susan
Hi Susan,
Thanks very much. Tried but no success. Sent a support request to Nuance. Will see what they come up with.
Thanks again.
Vic
Hi Vic-
I've had an open ticket with them since the 26th. The last thing they did was ask for a screenshot of the empty Help window and a couple log and config files. I'm not holding out much hope since I haven't heard back in a few days. Please post back if you find a solution, as will I!

Hi Susan
I didn't get much joy out of them either. They simply told me to reinstall but, because I am running a Japanese-language OS, they weren't interested. AFAIK, that should not be a factor to the problem.
Will keep searching for an answer.
