Use of Sony recorder in a meeting not importing to Dragon

I have had a stroke and use a Sony icd-sx712 digital flash voice recorder in meetings. I want to transcribe the file it produces into Naturally Speaking. I have created a profile to use but do not find a good way to import the file. The Sony recorder puts the file in MP3 format and I convert that to a WAV file but neither transcribe correctly.I am using Naturally Speaking 11.5.Is anyone else trying to do this?Jim
